Maryann posts on 6/25/2009 1:33:21 PM So I read the "Stephanie Plum" novels one through thirteen over two years ago..I'd like to pick up the next two but I need my memory refreshed how did "Lean Mean Thirteen" end??
Stacey posts on 6/8/2009 2:17:29 AM I just found these books a couple weeks ago and I'm already on #10.I love them. I can appreciate the love triangle but I love Morelli. I know Ranger is mysterious and gorgeous but Morelli is a good guy. I wished he wasn't so available then maybe Stephanie would appreciate him more.I don't think he expects her to quit her job -- he just wishes she wouldn't go after the crazy killer ones. From the first book decribing him younger to now he has really grown up. You gotta love a man that feeds Rex. Go MORELLI!!
kaitlin posts on 6/5/2009 9:23:28 PM Ive been reading the books since they have come out and im still torn between both joe and ranger. thier both funny, sexy, and scary in their own way. by the directions the books have been going i think janet is leaning more in joes direction for permanent boyfreind/husband. even though i think ranger is the more mysterious and attractive of the two, if Janet is looking to end the series it would be easiest to have her be taken by joe, but if she decides to continue the series for a little longer she can give ranger what he wants and show the adventures they would face.

denise posts on 6/5/2009 6:24:12 PM i love to read janet books sometimes the books are funny!but do i read them in order from number one book then two and so on? if someone could email me with the answer i would apperciate it thanks denise5319@aol.com
Donna posts on 6/2/2009 3:32:06 AM I am anxciously awaiting the release of Fingerlicking Fifteen. I am reading the last between the novels book,Plum Spooky,Diesel's fun, but,Morelli and Ranger are Steph's main men. I love them both in diffrent ways. I can certainly understand Steph's angst. Can't wait to see what #15 brings.
connie posts on 6/1/2009 6:27:04 AM After reading many of the posts I have to disagree about Joe and Ranger. joe is very contolling he wants Stephanie to give up her life and be like his mother. Ranger is demanding but he wants her to do what she wants and be safe. That means if you have a job that needs a gun like bounty hunting you should know how to use one and cary it. He eats healthy and wants her too so she will be around, he does give her dessert once in a while. Ranger's personality is changing, he is a softer "less scary" guy. He even knows that and he has told her he loves her in many ways.
Maartha posts on 5/4/2009 12:44:54 PM I recently discovered the Stephanie Plum series and am starting 12 Sharp. I think it would make a wonderful tv series - Sherrie from the view could play Lula.
janett posts on 4/27/2009 4:18:33 PM hi everyone...im fron germany and i bumped into the books of stephanie plum just by accident...but i love them. i just like the way she makes a mess out o everything with her strange helpers like her grandma or lula, and her love life with these two great guys. i would love u to make a movie out of the books or a series. and i think that dwayne "the Rock" johnson is perfect for the part of ranger, for the part of stephanie i would think of, liv tayler or drew barrymore or kate beckinsale and for the part of morelli, maybe david boreanaz or a younger version of al pacino....hope u do a move!!!;)
Jodi posts on 4/13/2009 8:37:47 PM I have to disagree with Connie, I think Steph and Joe would be much happier together. She has often said she is comfortable with Joe, and likes the way he accepts her and her family. He maybe white bread and picket fences, but that is pretty much Steph. Steph and Ranger are way to different to have a serious lasting relationship, plus Ranger has made it clear more than once that is not what he is looking for, he is only physically attracted to her, he may love her but not with his whole heart, I can't see Steph settling for anything else. I personally find Ranger to be boring, he may be hot, but that is it, he has no personality
Connie posts on 4/13/2009 8:16:58 AM I have to agree with Mary, Joe is White bread, picket fences and flowerbeds. Poor with kids. Ranger is Cinnamon Toast, Fast cars, Rollercoasters and The Mile High Club. Steph will be much happier with some excitement. Joe will always try to control her. I want to see more about Ranger and Joe.
