Maria posts on 6/20/2008 10:06:24 PM Ok, as you can see from my previous posts, I love these books and have stated there is only so much she can do with the skips, but these were terrible! I never thought I would say that a Plum book, but I was sooo disappointed! Barely any Ranger, no tension or flirting when he was there, no car loss LOL, only one family dinner and nothing funny about it. I am sooo disappointed!
Angel posts on 6/19/2008 7:46:32 PM Ok, I was seriously disappointed with this book. Ranger was almost a no-show in the book, and there was non of sexual tension and Ranger/Steph fun that I have come to love. I have read a lot of reviews and fanfic etc, and I would say that about 85% of readers want Steph to get together with Ranger over Morelli. I am one of those people. I am seriously disappointed by this. I think JE has drawn out the Ranger/Morelli contest for too long now, it's time she actually chose. It would add a completely new dynamic for her (especially if she got together with Ranger). Imagine everything that could happen if she hooked up with Ranger....
Maria posts on 6/19/2008 12:49:27 PM Michelle, Say it isn't soo!! I have to have my Ranger fix! I am so proud of myself - I bought the book on Tuesday and haven't opened it yet! Saving it for the weekend and no interruptions!!!

Michelle posts on 6/18/2008 11:21:22 PM Just finished Fearless Fourteen and I loved it. The Stephanie Plum novels are such a great laugh out loud escape for. The only thing I wanted in this book was more Ranger.
Maria posts on 6/4/2008 10:34:26 AM Plum Fan What is the January full-length book?
Plum Fan posts on 6/3/2008 5:49:25 PM Hello everyone, Maria I agree - there are only so many ways you can manipulate the world of Plum and still be interesting. That doesn't mean I am bored yet! Plum Lover 5 I would love to know if you have read 14. Are you an ARC reviewer? Let us in on the secret. I am looking forward to 14 and also the January book which will be a full length book.
maria posts on 5/29/2008 10:00:29 AM Hi Everyone! Is everybody excited for Fearless Fourteen? I am. I have read the previous posts and I am not a book critic, obviously, but I have really enjoyed every one of her books. There is only so many ways she can go with this type of storyline and i think she is very creative in her skips and that they are not really "dark". I love the push and pull between Joe and Ranger and if she decided on one or the other 1/2 of the readers would be upset either way. Anyway's can't wait for the middle of June.
LV posts on 5/24/2008 10:09:22 PM Plum Lover 5, Have you already read a copy of Fearless Fourteen, or are you just speculating? I ,too, was disappointed with LMT and had high hopes for FF. I hope it's worth the wait.
Plum Lover 5 posts on 5/18/2008 10:00:19 PM Unfortunately the creativity that we had hoped to see in 14 will not be appearing. I had thought that 13 would be her worst - the wedding, etc.. she was busy - we'll give her a pass. What I am now afraid of is that she has lost her love for her characters. They are unrecognizable and unlovable. It's sad - truly sad.
Liz Lopez posts on 4/28/2008 1:41:48 PM Is Janet Evanovich scheduled for a booksigning in June 2008 in San Diego?
