Janet Evanovich Message Board

chris hansen posts on 3/28/2009 2:33:51 AM I think I'd like Stephanie to continue on her own, as usual. Let me not forget Rex! I like two guys being interested her as Steph not being able to decide. Marrying her off is not a good idea.
Dawn posts on 3/27/2009 8:39:56 PM I Think Steph and Joe belong together, I would love to see the series end with them married and kids. Joe truly loves her and takes care of her, the only reason he wants her to find a new job is because he cares. Ranger say's he loves her, but really if he did, he would want a relationship, not just sleep with her and he keeps secrets from her. What is with this mystery stuff. I would like to see Steph have to work for Joe's love, instead of Joe always being the one. Make her realize what she has lost, and maybe stop being so hot headed over stupid issues, like peanut butter (book 15)
Beth posts on 3/12/2009 8:37:30 AM I have recently discovered the Stephanie Plum series and I am hooked! I started with the first book 2 weeks ago and I just finished with Fearless Fourteen...can't wait until Finger Lickin'15 on June 16!!! Rock on Janet!!!

Margaret posts on 3/12/2009 7:46:55 AM From the time I read the first book I was hooked. I just love Stephanie, Joe, her Mother, Father, Grandma Mazur and Lulu. Range, well that's different, he makes me melt inside. Do you know someone likehim I wonder?
NewtoPlum posts on 2/24/2009 10:21:15 AM I have just began my adventure with Steph and I love it! I think I readbooks 5-8 last week! Thank you Janet for the fun and mystery. I really hope she ends up with Morrelli. I know he worries about her, but I think they will eventually reach a place of I would rather be with you than without you. Stephanie has to grow up sometime... Ranger is too mysterious. Stephanie+Joe= LOVE!!
Paula posts on 2/9/2009 4:13:28 PM I have read/bought every book Janet Evanovich has written and re-released. I have all the Full Series. The Stephanie Plum Series. Even the Barnaby series and the ones rereleased. I have just read Plum Spooky. My thoughts on movie is Sandra Bullock as Stephanie. I don't care about the age. I think Queen Latifah would be excellent for Lula, Mario Lopez, Freddie Prince or Keanu Reeves for Joe Morelli. The Rock would be a perfect Ranger. Grandma Mazur, the grandmother of the Nanny would be ideal.
Mary posts on 2/4/2009 3:26:48 PM I Love the series I read them all. I am looking for 14 now. I think that people are suggesting people that are too old for the movie! Steph is barely 30 years old not 40th! As with whom she should be, it is hard to decide, both men love her, they told her so. Joe is comfortable but he wants a wife at home and pregnant, and does not accept steph coucou side, he only endure it. And frankly he is boring. Ranger accept her the way she is he even likes it, but he does not want to get married. I am not even sure that Steph really want to get married and have children. Every time the subject was breached she was scared. Steph marring Morelli, would be for sure the death of the SP series!!
Monik Lee posts on 1/26/2009 1:45:37 PM I think anyone of your books would make a great movie. Plum Spooky would make an outstanding movie. thanks.
Rebecca posts on 1/21/2009 1:50:04 AM The Plum series seems to slowly be loosing its way. I too have been hooked on the series since i read my first book #6. At the time I didn't know it was a series...It started out as a romantic suspence/comedy if you will and has slowly but surely lost its way into fiction. What about the Stephanie/Morelli shower scene early on. It made the hearts of all I know stop suddenly. Then what? jump to, I think, #10 where Joe gets hit by a car and has a broken leg. It was so out of character for him to act so whipped throughout the entire book that I almost tossed the book. Grandma needs to take a major back seat, like maybe a single table or funeral scene and as for Lula....enough w/ the x-black spandex wearing chix eating ho. It lost it laughter books ago. How many books can we go steph and joe no...steph and ranger...no...steph and joe..no... steph and ranger...given it a rest! I want the fun and romance back like the early books that tugged at my heart or made me laugh so hard i almost fell off my chair. I realize this isn't real life, true in any way, but i want to loose myself in it all and escape the real world and enjoy. the books are becoming or have become predictable and blah. Add the spice back! The most disappointing...is to find out Ranger and Morelli are really NJ horses! End to that fantasy. :) I don't mean to be harsh I just what more.....
JKT posts on 1/10/2009 6:40:09 PM Oh,no...not Benjamin Bratt. He's too old now. Ranger is 30, just like Stephanie. What about Jesse Metcalfe?
